I now have several of the Walk Aerobic/walk at home dvd's by Leslie Sanson and this is another really good one.
There are 5 seperate miles that you can do and the dvd gives you multiple options so you can mix different routines up or do the entire dvd, which is really good.
I really like this dvd. it definately gives you a good, long cardio workout. My only negative comment would be - because each mile is filmed seperately, the level of exercise sort of goes up and down. Your almost back to doing a fast warm up at the start of each mile. But it's still good, and actually I think it's good for your heart rate to go up and down rather than stay at one pace - better for the metabolism and burning fat.
I highly recommend this and any of the Walk Aerobics dvd by Leslie.
